In the situation caused by the pandemic, the Székesfehérvár Campus also had to put its schooling program online, which brought better results than expected. The schooling habits of the 2020-21 period were completely changed by the situation caused by the pandemic. The traditional high school open days, unusual class teacher classes, the popular Campus tour, and the usual university open day were also missed.

For the most part, the online communication and social media interfaces left to inform future students and their parents remained. Adapting to the changed situation, the Székesfehérvár campus has set up a broadcast system, thank to that on the institution’s Facebook and YouTube channels these events were organized in varied and enjoyable way.

Between December 2020 and January 2021, five live events were held online on social media platforms related to schooling. We tried to provide as much information as possible through a roundtable discussion, a kick-off press conference, a student talk show, an open day presenting the Campus and trainings, and a Q&A event. In terms of views, the events produced better-than-expected results. So far, a total of more than 4,000 people have been curious about any of the online programs. The most watched was Campus Open Day, which was already viewed by more than 2,000 people. This is also an extraordinary result because 250-300 people attended the previous traditional open days.

Given the success, online events are planned to continue after the epidemic. We are also looking for further opportunities to develop and coordinate digital competencies and technical backgrounds so that this segment of enrollment produces even more effective outcomes.
