The quantitative analysis of data plays an important role in social science, economics and business research, with a particular emphasis on marketing research. The data used often comes from primary survey research.
The aim of this book, supported by the Mecenatura programme, is to present the most commonly used quantitative methods for analysing survey data, to provide a practical introduction to the steps of the statistical methods and to give a detailed description, supported by video material, of the use of SPSS, one of the most widely used statistical analysis software.
