Self-service printers for students in University buildings
A tool will be available in the Main Building, Building C and at the Gellért campus in the following locations:
- In the Main Building next to the printing press
- In building C, between the lift on the right and the cafeteria
- On the Gellért campus next to the dormitory portal
Printing will be supported by the KUARIO MFP application, which will allow you to use the devices. This application allows self-service printing, copying and scanning. The new system is designed to provide convenient and efficient access to printing services on campus.
Key features:
- Mobile printing: you can print documents directly from your mobile phone using the KUARIO app. The system supports various cloud storage sites such as Office 365, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox and iCloud.
- Secure payment: the KUARIO MFP enables cashless payments, including contactless debit and credit card payments. Students can also pay via the KUARIO mobile app.
- Scanning and copying: outsourced devices will be multifunction printers, so students can easily scan and copy documents using the app. Scanning jobs can be saved in different formats and sent directly to email or cloud storage.
- User-friendly interface: the application has a simple and intuitive user interface that makes it easy to perform printing, copying and scanning tasks.
