The company is recruiting over 90 young professionals in 8 countries, providing them with the opportunity to lead the way in the energy transition within our one-year program. The program, which has attracted more than 2700 fresh graduates from across Central and Eastern Europe since its inception, is now open to professionals in various fields, including economists, lawyers, engineers, geophysicists, logisticians, HR, IT, finance and finance experts. Positions cover diverse areas such as renewable gases, fuel strategy, circular economy, cyber security and MOL Campus asset and service management.

In total, there are more than 90 positions available, with over 40 in Hungary, however, applications are also welcomed from candidates in the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Italy, Romania and Croatia. The one-year program offers a competitive salary and benefits package and is open to candidates with up to one year of work experience. Growwwers have the opportunity to choose seasoned professionals as mentors to facilitate their integration into the company. Additionally, various methods for their professional and personal development are offered. For example, participants can take part in a project competition, during which they have the opportunity to present to MOL Group management.
