The research project entitled Managing human talent in coworking environments, supported by the Visegrád Fund, was successfully completed with the participation of the Department of Marketing, Media and Design Communication of Corvinus University of Budapest. The project leader is the University of Economics in Prague, Marko Orel.
A one-year study of cities in four Visegrád countries examined the impact of the coworking environment on the talent development and retention of a highly skilled workforce in the local coworking environment. The special feature of the research is that it examined the possibilities of supporting, developing and further training creative human resources from the perspective of the environment. The project has four contributors: University of Economics, University of Warsaw, Corvinus University of Budapest and Comenius University of Bratislava.
