Tamás Fehér’s thesis won the title of the information protection thesis of the year
The title of the information protection thesis of the year was awarded to Tamás Fehér, undergraduate student of business informatics, with his thesis titled ‘Információbiztonság irányítási rendszer alapelvek alkalmazása okosotthon környezetben’ (Application of information security control system principles in a smart home environment).
In his thesis, Tamás discussed the information security issues of smart homes, and applied the ISO 27001 company standard in residential home – family environment. His consultant was Tibor Kovács, senior lecturer of the Institute of Information Technology.
