Temporary shutdown of university networks on 27-28 April
Due to a firewall security upgrade, there will be a service outage on university networks from Saturday 27 April 2024 at 20:00 until Sunday 28 April 2024 at 10:00.
The following services will not be available during this period:
- There will be no network, internet or wifi service in university buildings and halls of residence.
- There will be no access to the internet or other services in the campuses, nor will there be any Internet connection or services in the campuses.
- The university website will not be available.
- No resources will be available outside or inside the university network that require a network or VPN connection.
However, O365 services, all documents stored in cloud storage and university emailing system will be accessible from outside the university network.
