The latest issue of Budapest Management Review, April 2025

The monthly published Budapest Management Review is one of the most significant journals in the field of business, management, and organizational studies in Hungary, with a history of more than 55 years, ranked in the best, “A” category by the Hungarian Academy of Science, one star on ABS List 2024.

It is a general management journal, which includes studies on different aspects of organizations: structure, processes, and performance, and equally on cultural, behavioural, and technological subjects. Multidisciplinary research is highly valued and papers that draw on the perspective and theoretical background of sociology, psychology, economics, political science, or communicational studies – apart from that of business, management and organization science are also appreciated.

Modelling the role of successful influencer marketing in health awareness 

 

This research aims to gain a deeper insight into the tools and techniques used in influencer marketing and how they influence consumers’ health awareness, using netnographic and in-depth interviews. 

 

– Nikolett Deutsch – László Berényi – Viktor Nagy-Borsy  

 

The results of this research can provide valuable inputs for higher education institutions to provide diverse learning opportunities for developing entrepreneurial mindsets and skills. 

 

 

This research is useful for practice, as it sheds light on how to differentiate employees in terms of job choice and how to apply effective incentives to a particular segment. 

 

 

The article aims to provide a comprehensive picture of how AI is affecting the roles, work practices and career prospects of professionals and analyse its wider impact on specific segments of programmers in the labour market.
