Two Corvinus alumni and one student on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list

In 2025, Forbes magazine compiled the 30/30 list for the twelfth time, showcasing thirty exceptionally talented young Hungarians under the age of 30. Thanks to their abilities and creativity, they stood out among their peers in one of the following five categories: business, arts, science, media, and other. This year’s list includes two Corvinus alumni and a current student.
Fanni Hegyi architect graduated at Corvinus University in Communication and Media Studies and at MOME in Architecture. While in Rotterdam, she learned about different metalworking and manipulation techniques, then her diploma work explored how we can live with the ruins of our past. She was focusing on our industrial heritage by adapting this heritage to our everyday lives, in line with our needs today. Her light installation Radiance, which symbolises the functioning of cooling towers, was widely seen at the Inotai Audiovisual Festival.
András Fehér is a venture capitalist at DayOne Capital venture capital investment company. He graduated at Corvinus University in Business Administration and Management. Before DayOne Capital he Before joining DayOne Capital, he gained new experiences in the world of startups at several companies. He is currently a member of the pipeline team where his job is to find and evaluate all the talented and ambitious founders of the CEE region. “There are very few things in life which I like as much as discussing the vision of amazing founders” he says on the capital fund’s website.
Benedek Szilágyi, one of the founders of Voovo is currently a student at Corvinus University in International Business Economics. The idea for Voovo learning app came from the experience of the co-founder, Benedek Hermán, who struggled with anatomy and developed an app to help himself study—ultimately he became the top student in his class. Flashcards, timed repetition, and a touch of artificial intelligence—this is what the team (Alex Dósa, Christopher Gyurka, Benedek Hermán, and Benedek Szilágyi) is now building a business around. They have also been accepted into one of the coolest startup accelerators, Techstars’ program in Turin. An interview with the team was featured in the November issue of Forbes.
