Under Péter Major’s leadership, there have been significant changes in recent years, both in terms of improving student services processes and digital maturity.
In connection with the former, the satisfaction of our students with the services provided to them has improved significantly, and the NPS score of the students served has risen from close to 0 to over 50. In addition, students now have access to 32 hours of face-to-face study administration per week (previously 8 hours per week), while students receive an average response to their written enquiries within one and a half working days.
And the results of digital innovation are now a reality for every university citizen. To mention just a few of the most important areas: a mobile application, unique in the higher education sector and winner of the Quality Award 2021, is available at Corvinus University, the university intranet has been built, the developments supporting teaching excellence have been completed, we are the first in Hungary to offer students mentoring in the digital space with the Navigator programme, and part of the basic IT infrastructure has been renewed and the conditions for data-based operation have been established.
Magdolna Gyenge will take over the management of the complex tasks of study matters and the coordination of student support tasks, together with all the departments involved. The review, standardisation and optimisation of Student Services processes has already started. Work continues under Magdi’s leadership to ensure that our University can provide an even higher quality of service to its students.
Péter Musicz, who recently joined Corvinus University, is responsible for the Digital Innovation area.
We would like to thank Péter Major for his work and wish him all the best for his future career!
