Community- and municipal-initiated programmes are playing an increasingly important role in shaping the urban environment, and their success is a key element in determining the sustainability of a community, a neighbourhood or a street.

An international workshop on the possibilities of such initiatives, the practice of community participation and good examples of such initiatives, both implemented and ongoing, will be held by the Clean Air Action Group, a partner of the Corvinus Science Shop, on 24 April 2024, from 9 am at the Planet Community Space (Bolygó Közösségi Tér).

The detailed programme of the event is available here, where you can also find the registration link. The organisers welcome students, activists, researchers, experts, local government staff and all interested residents.
