The aim of the program is to help internal coaches, HR professionals and top managers to develop their coaching competencies that they can apply in their day-to-day work to support their colleagues and clients to achieve their goals and find their own solutions. The program – which is developed and delivered in cooperation with the Business Coach Ltd.* – fully complies with International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards to guarantee high levels of professionalism. This is a unique program since those participants who also participate in the optional extended program will also receive a certificate of completion of the number of accredited coach training hours required for the ICF (ACC or PCC) credentialing in addition to the university diploma.

In the last four years, we’ve successfully run the Hungarian version of this program with our partner, Business Coach Ltd. Over 300 professionals, including managers, HR specialists, and coaches, have honed their coaching skills. Many pursued ICF accreditation to access global markets. We’re now expanding internationally and welcome participants from around the world.
