Our students were awarded at the University Athlete of the Year gala

The event was held to honour students who have excelled in world competitions.
The Hungarian University Sports Federation (MEFS) held its traditional University Sportsperson of the Year Awards Gala.
Corvinus University of Budapest students Luca Patakfalvy and Csenge Patakfalvy were awarded the University Athlete of the Year, winning gold and silver medals in taekwondo at the European University Games, while Bence Barnabás Máthé also won a silver medal in floorball in Lodz.
Adél Pető finished third in the kayak canoe K-4 500m at the World University Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland, in September 2022. In addition, our water polo team, Hungarian university champions and bronze medallists at the European University Games, also received the award.
